The challenge
Matossen required a centralized ERP system to eliminate disconnected processes across purchasing, sales, CRM, HR, projects, and inventory. The company needed greater visibility into procurement, standardized approval workflows, improved reporting, and seamless integration between departments to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Our approach
We implemented Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh with core modules including Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Maintenance, HR, Payroll, Attendance, Employee, Appraisal, and Project. Custom development included a Purchase Request module, Purchase and Sales Reports, images on sales order lines, automated notifications, CRM custom fields, and a Helpdesk module. All business processes were integrated into a single workflow, enabling smooth operations from the initial customer interaction through purchasing, project execution, and after-sales support.
The outcome
The implementation provided Matossen with a fully integrated ERP platform that improved collaboration across departments, automated procurement and approval processes, enhanced reporting accuracy, and reduced manual effort. The centralized system increased operational visibility, accelerated decision-making, and enabled more efficient management of sales, purchasing, projects, HR, and inventory, supporting long-term business growth.
