Takutu Hotel
Takutu Hotel implemented Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh to centralize hotel operations, including room reservations, online booking, food services, vehicle rentals, tours, maintenance, and inventory management. A custom Hotel Management module and multilingual website provide a seamless experience for both guests and staff.
Takutu Hotel needed an integrated system to manage hotel reservations, room availability, food services, tours, vehicle rentals, maintenance, and customer interactions from a single platform. The business also required a multilingual website with online booking capabilities and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
We deployed Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh and implemented core modules including Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Point of Sale, Rental, Events, Inventory, Fleet, Expenses, Maintenance, and Website. A custom Hotel Management module was developed to handle room bookings, reservations, housekeeping, complaints, vehicle reporting, rent-a-car services, transportation, and operational dashboards. The website was customized with multilingual support, online booking, and integrated customer inquiry forms connected directly to the hotel management system.
The implementation provided Takutu Hotel with a centralized platform that streamlined hotel operations and improved guest service. Online reservations, automated booking management, integrated POS, and efficient maintenance and housekeeping workflows reduced manual effort and increased operational visibility.
